In this great shooting game you have to lead your platoon in different campaigns to win the missions.
To complete mission you have to get to blinking mark 'This Way'. To do it you probably should kill all the enemies. You have 3 types of weapons - primary gun, pistol and knife. You can shoot through thin walls and barricades when you stand near it. There are some frendly units that will fight for you in some missions.
Use ARROW KEYS, Click LEFT MOUSE BUTTON to shoot. Hit "R" KEY to reload, "G" KEY to drop a gun, and press "Q" KEY to give orders.

Spy Hunter film back on track
The on-again, off-again big-screen treatment of Midway's arcade driving game
Spy Hunter seems to be on once more. Variety is reporting that Universal
Pictures is once again trying to turn the key on a Spy Hunter film, this time
with veteran game-to-movie filmmaker Paul W.S. Anderson (Resident Evil,
Mortal Kombat) set to co-write and direct.
Whether or not Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson--previously attached to play the
film's protagonist--will remain attached to the project is undetermined. Johnson
previously appeared in Midway's Spy Hunter: Nowhere to Run for the Xbox and
PlayStation 2, a game that had been intended to tie into the movie before
Universal's production hit delays.

Now we can, and Ubisoft and its Red Storm studio (which is developing the multiplayer section) have clearly thought about what players liked about the original GRAW's multiplayer, because they have built upon it considerably.
