You, as a God release your wrath upon all of the worlds creature. A game where God turns against non-believers and destroys them like only the almighty can. Killing one person at a time wont do much to your rating, but if you get groups of deaths, people will look at this as some serious divine intervention. Cows and sheep are people too.
