Age of Empires III lets players accumulate experience points that they use to customize their Home Cities, which deliver crucial shipments of units and resources when the game is hanging in the balance. Other new features include trade routes, random treasures guarded by man and beast, and the ability to forge crucial alliances with Native American tribes.
