Not long after the updated God of War II demo that landed on our desk today opens up, Kratos finds himself in the city of Rhodes duking it out with one of the seven ancient wonders of the world. But we're getting ahead of ourselves. Let's back it up a bit first.

Remarkably, it's the third lengthy role-playing game in the series to be released within a period of about 14 months. It's great to see the PlayStation Portable library filling up with role-playing games, but unfortunately The Legend of Heroes III suffers from the same underlying problems that made the first two so forgettable.
